Radio Club of Tacoma Membership Fee Structure:

Membership in our club runs from January through December.  The annual membership dues for renewal should be paid in advance, in total, on or before December 31 of each year.  In order to remain a member "in good standing," renewal must be completed by March 31 of the current membership year.

Full Membership (under age 65) is $30.00 per year.

Senior Membership (age 65 and up) is $25.00 per year.

Lifetime Membership is 20 times the appropriate fee.
Example 1:  A Full Member can become a Lifetime Member for 20 x $30 = $600
Example 2:  A Senior Member can become a Lifetime Member for 20 x $25 = $500

Associate Membership (a member who does not have an amateur radio license) is $30.00 per year unless they qualify for the student discount, in which case the cost is $15.00 per year.

Student (full time Kindergarten through 12 and full time college through age 25) is $15.00 per year.

Promotional Membership is $FREE for the remainder of the same calendar year in which a person takes the RCT New Technician Class and becomes a licensed ham as result of testing at RCT.)

Family Membership is $15.00 per year, per person, with a maximum of $30.00 for two or more Family Members.  Family Membership is open to spouses and dependents holding current amateur radio operators licenses who reside at the same address as a Full, Senior, Lifetime, Student, or Promotional member head of household.

Example 3:  One Full Membership plus one Family Membership:  $30 + $15 = $45
Example 4:  One Full Membership plus two Family Memberships:  $30 + $15 + $15 = $60
Example 5:  One Full Membership plus five Family Memberships:  $30 + $15 + $15 = $60

Example 6:  One Senior Membership plus three Family Memberships:  $25 +$15 + $15 = $55

Example 7:  One Full Membership plus membership for an unlicensed spouse (Associate Membership):  $30 +$30 = $60

Example 8:  One Student Membership plus three Family Memberships:  $15 +$15 + $15 = $45

Example 9:  One Promo Membership plus three Family Memberships:  FREE + $15 + $15 = $30

Example 10:  Already existing Life Member plus one Family Membership:  FREE + $15 = $15
Example 11:  Already existing Life member plus three Family Memberships:  FREE + $15 + $15 = $30

To become a NEW member, Renew your Membership... OR... To be Reinstated as a club member

To become a NEW member:  Simply download the membership form, fill out parts A, B, and C of the form, submit the correct $ amount, and mail it to the address shown on the bottom of the form.  For members who do not have the internet, a membership form comes in each edition of the club newsletter, The Logger's Bark.

To Renew:  On or before December 31 of each year...
